The Apple xr cannot be magnetically charged
The Apple XR does not have a magnetic function. Although the MagSafe wireless charger can wirelessly charge the iPhone XR, and even has a magnetic sensation, it is not strong enough to hold the phone (so other iphones that support wireless charging can also use MagSafe wireless chargers for charging).
The iPhone XR has a full-screen design, with the display extending all the way to the corners of the body.
