Enter the phone [Settings] -- [camera] -- [selfie flip save] and turn it off. If you do not have the above Settings, enter the phone [Settings] -- [Application management] -- [camera], click to clear the data and then shut it down and restart. You can also back up important data files in the phone and take the phone to the local customer service center for free testing and reinstallation of the phone system.
