Step 1
1, First unlock the iphone11, in iOS 14.4 to enter the iPhone Settings, click the Bluetooth option.

Once you've connected the AirPods to your phone, tap the icon on the back of the device.

Then in the page that opens, click the option to ignore devices.
Step 4
Then in the pop-up prompt, select the option to ignore the device again.
Step 5
After ignoring the device, hold the AirPods device close to your new phone and tap the option below to connect via iCloud.
Step 6
Finally, press and hold the button on the back of the charging case to pair the new phone.
Step 1
First slide down to open the Control center at the top right of the iPhone screen, then tap the Bluetooth icon to open it.
Step 2
Open the charging case that contains the AirPods and hold them close to your iPhone.
Step 3
Tap the connection on the pop-up screen of the phone to complete the binding.
