The new rules for items that cannot be carried on board aircraft include:
1. Passengers are strictly prohibited from carrying lighters and matches in their checked baggage.
(2) Passengers taking international and regional flights carrying liquid articles shall still comply with the relevant provisions of the \"Announcement on Restricting the carrying of liquid Articles on Civil Aircraft\" issued by the Civil Aviation Administration on March 17, 2007.
3, passengers on domestic flights can carry a single container volume of not more than 100 ml, the total amount of not more than 1000 ml of liquid items on board, except for flammable and explosive liquid items prohibited by civil aviation regulations.

Patients with diabetes or other diseases can bring liquid medicines necessary for the flight, but they must present a hospital certificate in their name or a doctor's prescription; Liquid dairy products carried by passengers accompanied by infants are permitted to be carried on board after safety inspection confirms that they are in no doubt.
5. Passengers who violate the above regulations and cause such consequences as missing the flight shall be solely responsible.

In violation of the provisions of Article 32 of the Regulations on Civil Aviation Security of the People's Republic of China, carrying the articles listed in the Articles Prohibited to be carried on or checked by Passengers (see Annex I), the security inspection department shall promptly hand over to the civil aviation public security organ for handling.
1. In violation of the 33rd provisions of the Regulations on Civil Aviation Security of the People's Republic of China, passengers carrying articles listed in the Articles Prohibited by Passengers' Carry-on or Checked Baggage (see Annex II) shall be informed to passengers that they can be checked as baggage or handed over to the departure personnel; If it is too late to check in, the security department will hand over the crew to the destination after handling the formalities according to the regulations.
If it cannot be handled according to the above methods, the security inspection department shall take care of it. The security inspection department shall register and keep it properly; If no claim is made for more than 30 days, it shall be promptly handed over to the civil aviation public security organ for handling.
2. Limited carrying of household articles containing flammable substances (see Annex III). The excess part can be returned to the passenger for handling or temporarily stored in the security department. The security inspection department shall issue a receipt for the owner of the goods temporarily stored by the passenger and register them. The passenger shall get it back within 30 days upon receipt; If the goods are not claimed within the time limit, they shall be deemed to be unclaimed and handed over to the civil aviation public security organ for handling on a monthly basis.
