It's Jack Kilby.
Jack Kilby (November 8, 1923 - June 20, 2005) was one of the two inventors of the integrated circuit. Kilby received a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois in 1947 and a master's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Wisconsin in 1950. In 1958, the world's first integrated circuit was successfully developed. In 2000, Kilby was awarded the Nobel Prize in Physics for his invention of the integrated circuit.
