First, the use of Bluetooth card
1, passive Bluetooth IC card
The passive Bluetooth IC card is installed on the basis of the existing gas card with a miniature drawing chip. When used, the Bluetooth card uses an external power supply mode. Citizens can insert the Bluetooth card into the gas meter after paying the gas fee through online payment methods such as Alipay and wechat, and the battery pack in the gas meter will supply the Bluetooth. The user can recharge the gas fee to the gas meter through the mobile phone Bluetooth or wechat mini program, and then the gas can be used.
2, active Bluetooth IC card
The active Bluetooth IC card is self-set on the card, which is inlaid with a battery that can power the Bluetooth card by itself. When using, the user only needs to pay online and open the wechat mini program to transfer the recharge fee to the gas meter, which is more convenient than the passive Bluetooth IC card in operation.
Download and install the E-City E-home APP on your mobile phone and run it.
Register E-City E-home account (you can skip this step if you have registered),

Go back to the home page and click on Gas fees.
Add a Bluetooth card to the APP (manually enter the number or scan the QR code on the card). Mine's already tied, so there'll be an account.

Select the number of purchase gas, confirm the correct to confirm the recharge.

Click Charge card now, you will be prompted to turn on the Bluetooth, (smart card also needs to be turned on, the red light flashes), then the purchased gas will be charged to the smart card.

After the card is charged, click to charge the watch immediately and wait for the blue light of the Bluetooth card.
