If your phone cannot use wireless charging, please follow these steps:

4. Check whether the mobile phone is connected to a wired charger while charging wirelessly. If the mobile phone is connected to a wired charger at the same time, the wired charging mode will be used for automatic charging.

5. Try to replace another wireless charging base to charge the mobile phone or the wireless charger. A non-Huawei wireless charger may be incompatible with the mobile phone, resulting in abnormal wireless charging function.
