2, battery failure: After the charger is full of the battery, the voltage comparison circuit will send a signal, and the charger will stop charging the battery. However, if the battery itself is faulty due to aging and other reasons, such as a serious decline in storage capacity and serious self-discharge phenomenon, it will cause the battery voltage to drop when the charger plug is not pulled out, and the charger starts to work again.
Solution: Use a multimeter to measure the no-load and on-load voltage of a single battery, if the battery is really the reason, the battery can only be replaced.
