1. Use two cooling fans: Install the cooling fans at both ends of the motor. One fan corresponds to one direction, that is, one in the forward direction and one in the reverse direction. This solution requires the use of an automatic switching device to realize the automatic switching of the fan to ensure that the motor can get enough heat dissipation when turning forward and backward.
(2) The use of reverse time commutation to achieve heat dissipation: when the three-phase asynchronous motor is in normal operation, the magnetic field direction of the rotor and the stator is the same, so you can install a cooling fan to dissipate heat on one end face of the motor. When the motor is reversed, because the wiring has changed, the magnetic field direction of the rotor and stator has also changed, and the heat dissipation of the other end face can be achieved by the commutation of the reverse.
