The charging methods of electric vehicles are mainly divided into AC slow charge and DC fast charge. The existing electric bus charging mainly uses dual-gun DC fast charging, that is, the charging pile leads to two charging guns, and charges the bus at the same time. This charging mode has the following disadvantages:

The line of the charging gun is heavy, which is not easy to plug and remove, reducing the user experience;

Need to drag and adjust the charging pile gun head, charging process is tedious.

The traditional charging mode is so cumbersome, can it be artificial, so that the system can complete the matching of the charging process? Thus, the charging bow came into being.

The main purpose of the charging bow is to solve the problem of heavy task and poor experience of charging users caused by dragging the charging gun line when charging the bus using the dual charging gun in the existing technology, enhance the convenience of charging the bus, improve the charging efficiency of the bus, and enhance the user's charging experience.

The charging bow mainly includes the charging machine source module, the control module and the first wireless transmission module, and the bus mainly includes the BMS battery management system and the second wireless transmission module. Similar to the traditional charging pile, both of them complete the charging process through the establishment of charging handshake configuration between the charger and the BMS, and the difference is that the first wireless communication module of the charging bow can be paired with the second wireless communication in the bus for wireless communication, complete the charging configuration, and make the charging bow drop and carry out touch charging. There is no need for manual insertion and removal intervention and other cumbersome processes.  

Electric vehicle sensors use CAN bus, so the signals transmitted by CAN bus are incompatible with industrial Ethernet signals. In order to wireless communication between the signals transmitted in electric vehicles and the signals of charging bows, CAN to WIFI module can be used to establish a wireless communication bridge between the two, realize the establishment of charging pairing, enhance the convenience of charging buses, and improve the charging efficiency of buses. Improve user charging experience.

The charging process of charging bow and electric bus mainly uses CAN to WiFi module.
