Electric car charging is achieved through power transmission and conversion technology. When the trolley is connected to the charging pile, electricity is transferred from the grid to the charging pile, and then converted into the voltage and current required by the battery through the built-in transformer and battery management system.

The battery automatically monitors and adjusts the charging process to ensure the safety and longevity of the battery. Generally speaking, there are two ways to charge a tram: DC fast charge and AC slow charge.

Dc fast charging is faster, but requires higher electrical power and more expensive equipment, while AC slow charging is cheaper and more common, but requires longer charging times.
