When connecting the data line, the digital board is reactive, which may be a lithium battery fault. If the data cable is connected, even the digital board does not respond, it may be a problem with the data cable, or it may be a usb port contact problem.
The former may need to change the battery, the latter still have to check, try other computers have the same problem.
