1. Right-click the desktop icon \"Online Neighbors\".
2. Select \"Properties\" from the menu that appears.
3. In the dialog box that appears, click \"Local Connection\" with the right mouse button, select \"Properties\" from the menu that appears.
4. The Local Connection Properties dialog box is displayed. In the dialog box, select internet Protocol Tcp\/IP and click Properties.
5, then select \"Use the following IP address\" in the dialog box that appears, and manually fill in the IP address.
6. Enter the IP address. Enter the IP address of the carrier for DNS.
7. After filling in, click \"OK\" to save and exit, and the wired computer can be connected to the Internet normally.
