Please check whether your mobile phone supports wireless charging. You can open the Service App on your mobile phone (on some models, Service is integrated into the My Huawei APP) and tap the My> My equipment This machine Query device parameters in View Device Parameters to check whether your mobile phone supports wireless charging.

Please check whether the indicator light of the wireless charger is on. If the indicator light is off, please check whether the connection between the wireless charger, data cable, charger and power supply is in poor contact. It is recommended that you re-plug it.

Please take off the mobile phone protective cover before charging because some mobile phone protective cover is too thick, or the material of the mobile phone protective cover may affect the recognition function of the mobile phone wireless charger, it is recommended that you take off the mobile phone protective cover and try again.

Please check whether there are other items between the mobile phone and the wireless charger.
