Super fast charge requires hardware support, no special activation required!
First, you need to use the original charger, and second, your phone needs to support the fast charge protocol! For example, when you buy a mobile phone, the clerk clearly tells you that the mobile phone supports super fast charging, then you need to use the original charging cable and the original charger to charge!
If you don't have one of these things, you won't see the super Charger icon!
