Fast charging stations can activate vulcanized batteries. It has good devulcanization effect, high current charging has activation function for the battery, the computer program will monitor the charging state at any time, and has overcharge protection function, absolutely no harm.

Circuit characteristics of charging station
After the output voltage is set (such as 36V), if the charging bottle plate falls off and is disconnected, causing a group of batteries to be blocked, or a short circuit occurs, the battery terminal voltage is reduced or zero, then the charger will have no output current.
If the charging bottle voltage deviates from the set voltage, such as the set voltage of 36V, mistakenly connected to 24V, 12V, 6V battery, etc., the charger has no output current, if set to 24V mistakenly connected to 36V battery, because the charger output voltage is lower than the battery voltage, it can not be charged to the battery.
If the two output ends of the charger are short circuited, the thyristor SCR trigger circuit in the charger cannot work, so the thyristor does not conduct, and the output current is zero.
If the positive and negative electrodes of the battery are mistakenly reversed when used, the thyristor trigger circuit is reversed off, no trigger signal, the thyristor is not switched on, and the output current is zero.
Pulse charging is beneficial to prolong battery life. Since the low-voltage AC is pulsed DC after full wave rectification, the thyristor will be switched on only when its peak voltage is greater than the battery voltage, and when the pulsating DC voltage is in the trough area, the thyristor is reversed and stops charging the battery, so the pulsating direct current flows through the battery.
The purpose of fast charging is to improve the charging current and activate the battery, but if the battery is seriously aging, the fast charging can not be activated
