1.Feeder no material, machine alarm, operator according to the machine prompt alarm;
2. Take out the missing Fedder and remove the used tray;
3. Check the prepared material with the newly replaced material tray and load Feida after confirming it is correct;
4. Check whether the material description on the machine is consistent with the material plate;
5. Take a newly loaded Feida material and paste it on the refuelling record sheet, and fill in the refuelling time, operator and other related information;
6. Install Feida back into the SMT machine according to the machine station;
7. Inform IPCQC for material and test;
8. Start production.
