4. Skin sausage: Soak salt and dried casing in warm water for about 15 minutes, rinse inside and outside after softening, and soak in clean water for use. The water temperature should not be too high when bubbling, so as not to affect the strength of casing. The casing is set from one end on the funnel mouth (or intestinal tube), set to the end, put clean air, tie well, and then pour the meat cubes into, while filling the meat cubes, release the casing from the mouth, to fill the whole casing after the port, and finally according to the length of about 15 cm wing knot, divided into small segments.
