There are two stages, one is offline preparation.
The second is online debugging. The specific details are different for each factory according to the different chip model number and management mode. The offline preparation work is as follows:
1. First sort out the customer's BOM, the programming needs to be carried out on the computer, so it must be electronic file. Generally, it is the extraction of 2 coordinates in excel format. There are three scenarios:
(1) If the customer has sent the coordinates of the excel or txt document that has been exported, then directly use the programming software to combine the coordinates with the BOM that you have sorted out.
(2) The customer sent the PCB file, then you need to export the coordinates yourself, generally with protel99 or PADS2007 can be exported in excel format.
(3) The customer only provides a BOM, can not provide coordinates, this time you need a scanner, the PCB scan after the point saved into CAD format, and then the coordinate and BOM synthesis.3.BOM and coordinate synthesis after checking whether there are omissions or double positions, there is the need for engineering department to contact the customer to confirm, OK, save into the format required by the machine. These three steps, offline programming is roughly completed. Online debugging:
1. Import the program into the machine.2. Find the origin and make mark mark.3. Gradually correct the digit coordinates.
4. Optimize the saving procedure, check the component direction and data again.5. Start the first confirmation.
