1. If you can connect before, now cannot connect:
1) Turn off the wireless network and try to search again;
2) Check whether the wireless network password entered is correct.
2. If you cannot connect to a public wireless network for the first time:
Verify that other devices on the same wireless network are properly connected and that the wireless network has set connection limits.
3. If you cannot connect to the wireless network with Chinese name:
Due to device compatibility issues, some wireless networks with Chinese names or special symbols may not be connected. You are advised to change the wireless network name to English.
4. If the search fails, an error is reported, or time out occurs:
Please check whether the router connection is normal (the cat cannot be connected), shut down the phone and the router and restart it before connecting.
5. If the preceding operations fail, you are advised to back up important data (such as contacts, SMS messages, and photos) and restore factory Settings.
If the problem persists, please bring the purchase invoice, repair card and machine to the service center for inspection.
