Hello, the vacuum cleaner motor should be disassembled like this:
Since the fan cover is buckled on the bearing cover with pressure, you can pry it open bit by bit with a flat-head screwdriver, and then remove the fan cover.
② Hold the impeller with the left hand, unscrew the fastening nut with the right hand with a wrench, remove the gasket ring, washer, impeller, washer, gasket ring, etc., and remove the guide wheel.
③ Remove the brush and weld the 4 lead joints of the two coils of the stator winding with an electric soldering iron.
④ Remove the bearing cup. The bearing cover and the housing are sometimes riveted together with 4 rivets and assembled after disassembly, which is not easy to make the stator and armature precisely concentric. In order to assemble the stator and armature have a better concentricity, the following two methods can be used to disassemble: First, at about 5 mm away from the 4 rivets, use a bench drill to drill 4 holes as holes for future assembly. Then use a bench drill to drill out the original rivet. First, in the original 4 rivet centers, use a pointed punch to punch a small eye, and then use a bench drill to drill the rivet off the small eye. The second method requires special care, if not sure, use the first method of insurance.
⑤ Pull out the bearing cover. If you can't pull it out, you can use two boards to put the bearing cover up, push the center of the rotating shaft with a pointed punch, and beat the punch with a hammer to slowly separate the ball bearing and the bearing seat. But be careful to prevent the case from falling to the ground and breaking.
⑥ Pull out the armature. The front and rear rolling bearings on the pivot do not need to be removed if the wear is not serious. If the wear is serious, use special tools to disassemble.
