1, the generator belt is broken or aging slip. Caused the generators to fail to operate and generate electricity. Just replace it with a new belt. Replace with new pulley if necessary.
2, generator regulator failure. Replace with a new regulator of the same model.
3, negative return route contact is bad or open, short circuit. Check and troubleshoot.
4, the output positive line is open or short circuit. Check and troubleshoot.
5, the battery clamp due to electrolyte overflow caused by rust, resulting in excessive charging resistance caused by abnormal charging, polish the electrode clamp with fine sandpaper, wipe the fine sandpaper and rust residue, tighten the electrode clamp and apply petroleum jelly.
