1. Check whether other users have the same problem. If yes, the WLAN network may be faulty or the WLAN password is incorrect. Please re-enter your password or try to access another network.
2. If the hotspot name contains Chinese or other special characters, the mobile phone may fail to connect to the hotspot. You are advised to change the hotspot name on the router to a simple combination of English and numbers, and then try again.
3. Check whether the DHCP dynamic address assignment is enabled on the router. Only when this function is enabled, the mobile phone can automatically obtain an IP address.
4. Do not set the DHCP dynamic time too short. It is recommended that the DHCP dynamic time be more than 2 hours.
5. (Network access denied is displayed.) The number of WLAN hotspot connections may have reached the maximum. Try connecting to another available network.
6. Check whether the blacklist\/whitelist (MAC address filtering) function is enabled on the wireless router. If this feature is turned on, the phone may be identified as a restricted access device. You are advised to restart the router after reconfiguring it. For details, refer to the router manual. After the router is configured, delete the faulty WLAN hotspot on the mobile phone (click Select Not to save) and try to connect again.
7. Some public WLAN hotspots may require login on the web. For details, contact the WLAN hotspot provider.
