Cause: Check whether the wireless charger works properly
If the indicator light is not on, please confirm whether the wired charger (including the data cable) is working properly. If the wired charger can charge the mobile phone, but when the wireless charger is connected, the wireless charger indicator light is not on, it means that the wireless charger is not functioning properly. Please take the charger, purchase voucher and warranty card to the local service center for testing.
1) If the mobile phone wireless charger and the USB port of the mobile phone is connected, the indicator light is not bright, then the mobile phone can be connected to the computer through the USB cable or the mobile phone direct charge, and the mobile phone is in doubt
