2. When there are inclusions between the mobile phone and the wireless charging board, it may not be able to charge normally. 3. Please check the back shell of the phone. If the protective phone cover used is too thick may hinder wireless charging, it is recommended to remove the phone cover and try to recharge.
4, please use the original charger. If you use a non-original charger, you may not be able to charge normally.
5. Connect the phone directly to the wired charger to see if it can be charged normally. Wipe the near light sensor with a dry cloth, or try to re-power the wireless car charger (unplug and reinsert the data cable or charger).
