The reasons for the failure of new energy vehicles to charge can be roughly divided into three categories.

First, the physical connection cannot be completed; The second type, the physical connection is completed, the charging has been started, but the actual charging is not possible; When the user plugs in the charging gun, the \"charging line connection indicator\" on the vehicle instrument is not bright, and the vehicle cannot start charging, it is generally troubleshooting in the following order:

1) First of all, check whether the vehicle drive system is in a state of power failure. According to the requirements, the whole drive system should be in a power off state when charging, only when the BMS detects that the high-voltage contactor is in the disconnected state, the contactor of the charging loop will be closed, otherwise the charging loop contactor will not be closed, and the alarm will be displayed on the instrument.

2) Open the power-on button, it shows that both fast charge and slow charge can be physically connected, but after closing the power-on button, neither fast charge nor slow charge can be connected, and the BMS activation relay should be checked first; Stop charging.

2. The battery cannot be charged due to low temperature
3. There is a problem with the connection port of the charging cable
4. The charging mechanism used is faulty, the charging pile is damaged or the power supply is faulty.
During the charging process, the star charging pile will actively detect in real time, if the ground suddenly fails or is poorly grounded, the ground disconnect alarm will be reported, and the charging pile will immediately stop the current charging.
