There are two things that can lead to this phenomenon. One is that the wires on the edges of your phone's data cable are faulty, especially at the end where the phone is plugged in. The solution is to replace an original data cable or one with a larger current than your existing data cable. For example, if yours is 2a, then you change a data cable above 2a.
Another is that the tail fork inside your phone is faulty, and it is good to replace a tail plug.
