Method 2: Turn on the ignition switch When the charging indicator light is off and the generator cannot generate electricity after starting the engine, the troubleshooting method is as follows\/Turn off the ignition switch and check the instrument fuse. If the fuse is broken, replace the fuse of the same specification; If the fuse is fine, continue to check. Turn on the ignition switch and use a multimeter to check the voltage on the fuse. If the voltage is zero, it indicates that the ignition switch and the line between the ignition switch and the fuse are faulty and should be repaired or replaced. If the voltage on the fuse is normal, check for poor contact between the generator brush and the collector ring or fault in the regulator's internal circuit.
