1. Re-pair the headset: Disconnect the headset from the device first, then press and hold the power button on the headset until the headset light starts blinking. Then turn on your device's Bluetooth Settings, search for a new device, find the Remax headset and connect it, and wait for the headset light to stop blinking.
2. Restart the device: Sometimes there is a problem with the connection between the device and the headset. You can try to restart the device and re-pair the headset.
3. Check headset battery: If your headset battery is low, it may cause only one headset to work. You can try charging the headset and connecting the device again to make sure it's fully charged.
4. Check the headset connection status: If your device is already connected to another Bluetooth device, it may cause problems with the headset connection. You can try turning off the Bluetooth connection of other devices to ensure that your headset can connect to your device.
