In this case, do not rush to check the line and equipment, should first make a call to the network operator to determine whether the broadband is overdue. If it is caused by arrears, it will return to normal after payment.
Router red light is always on:
1. The optical interface of the optical cat is faulty, and the optical cat needs to be replaced.
2, indoor pigtail connection light cat connector loose, plug the connector can be restored;
3. Some indoor optical fibers are bent too much.
When the router los flashes red, we can first turn off the power, then unplug the optical fiber head, clean the surface of the optical fiber head and the inside of the router jack with a cotton swab, and then plug in the power and reinsert the optical fiber head.
