How to disassemble the humidifier water storage bucket?

Required tools: 1. Medium Phillips screwdriver

2. 4mm hex wrench (remove the rear panel of models above 201)

3. 10mm socket wrench (remove the electrode screws of the humidifier tank below 201) or 13mm socket wrench (remove the electrode screws of the humidifier tank above 201) Steps: 1. Shut down (do not need to turn off the main power supply), cut off the fan power (F31 or Q02) and humidifier power (F70 or Q06); 2. To facilitate operation, remove the rear wall panel near the humidifier tank; (For CSD models, the humidifier tank is generally located on the innermost side of the left-most cabinet door.) 3. Use the manual drain button on the humidification control board to drain the water in the humidification tank; Then restore the manual drain button to the normal position. (If the drainage valve does not drain normally, you can only slowly lift the humidifier tank manually and drain the water in the humidifier tank to the tray. Note: If the water in the humidifier tank is hot at this time, be sure to wait until the water becomes cool before using artificial drainage)

4. Remove the steam pipe and connecting wire at the top of the humidifier tank. There are two groups of 5 wires connecting the humidifier tank: 1 group is 2 high water level alarm signal lines, which are plugged in, in no order, and the other group is 3 AC380V power cables (2 for the 121 model), which are fixed with screws, in no order.

5. Open the rubber belt that holds the humidifier tank, then you can lift the humidifier tank and remove it.

6. There are two holes above and below the humidifier tank, the top (where the wire is connected) is the steam hole (slightly thick), and the bottom is the inlet\/drainage hole (finer); In the water room, fill about 1\/4 tank with water through the steam hole; Plug the two holes with your hand and shake repeatedly (note: do not rush to pour out the water with scale, because the scale in the water can play the role of abrasive, will make the humidifier tank clean more thoroughly), pour out from the steam hole; After repeated several times, the steam hole is directly aimed at the faucet and flushed with plenty of clean water.

7. Before returning the humidifier tank to its original position, complete two steps: a. Tighten the electrode nut on the humidifier tank with a socket wrench; b. Pour a small amount of water into the water spout of the drainage valve (the water inlet\/discharge hole of the humidifier tank corresponds to the position on the water tray) to check whether the drainage valve is closed normally (when the unit is shut down and the manual drainage button is in the normal position, the drainage valve should be closed, and if water is added to the water spout of the drainage valve, the water level should be static; If the water is found to flow away slowly, it means that the drainage valve is stuck by scale and is not strictly closed. At this time, the drainage valve should be removed to clean up (please call the service phone directly for details). 8. After cleaning the humidifier tank, return the humidifier tank to its original position in turn.

9. Install the rear wall panel (it is not necessary to install all screws, and then restore after the humidifier works normally), close the fan power supply (F31 or Q02) and the humidifier power supply (F70 or Q06), and start; Make the humidifier in the working state (adjust the humidity setting value to 80-90%). If the humidifier does not produce an alarm within a period of time, it indicates that the humidifier is working normally. At this time, the humidity setting value can be restored to normal.

Unplug the power supply. When cleaning the humidifier, unplug the power supply to avoid accidentally leaking water droplets and causing electric shock.

3, the cleaning of the water tank: pour out the remaining water in the tank, inject part of the water, add detergent, shake and soak for a while, let the detergent fully dissolve and work, a few minutes after the water is poured away.

4, the cleaning of the base: remember not to make the outlet filled with water, the sink of the base can first add a little water, not over the bottom, add detergent, dissolve and soak for a while.
