1. Discharge water
In the water pipe near the pre-filter, you can see the water valve valve, we turn the water valve valve to close it. Then we put the basin under the pre-filter, unscrew the drain valve valve at the bottom of the filter, and turn off the drain valve valve after all the water in the filter bottle has been discharged. Generally, the valve and the water pipe are parallel to open.
2. Disassemble and clean
Prepare the special wrench, clamp the filter bottle with the wrench, turn the wrench to rotate the filter bottle off. Then we take the filter out of the filter bottle. The filter element generally has two layers, and we can rotate the filter element to separate the two layers. Next, we prepare an old toothbrush, open the faucet, rinse the filter element at the faucet outlet, and scrub the fine sand and stone on it with the toothbrush. We scrub the filter bottle in the same way.
3. Install the filter bottle
Before installation, we should first put the filter element and filter bottle in a cool place to dry. After the filter element and filter bottle are dry, we will assemble the two layers of filter element and put them into the filter bottle. Then we align the filter bottle with the filter mounting port and tighten it with a wrench. After the filter bottle is installed, we will then unscrew the water valve valve, and then open the drain valve under the filter, and check whether there will be water leakage and other problems after the filter bottle is installed.
