If your phone cannot be charged, please try:
1. Use the original charger and data cable to connect the power supply to charge.
2. For the mobile phone with removable battery, you can shut down and remove the battery, use a cotton swab to clean the battery contact and the mobile phone charging interface. If the above method does not solve the problem, please bring the purchase invoice, repair card and the machine to the Samsung service center for inspection.
