First of all, the problem of charging pure electric vehicles is sometimes really confusing, once the vehicle can not be smoothly charged, the demand for the driver's car will have an impact, the vehicle in the charging of the power off, first from the pure electric vehicle to find the reason, to see whether the car's charging plug and charging line is intact link, charging line whether there is a power off or break point.
2. In addition, whether the electrical equipment on the car is powered off during the charging process, some vehicles have protection functions that will affect the charging. If there is no problem above, and the problem of charging and power failure frequently occurs, you need to go to the 4S shop to check whether there is a problem with the battery, and check whether the circuit system of the vehicle is working normally.
3. If the power failure problem is unrelated to the vehicle and the charging line and interface, then it is necessary to start from the external charging system. There are three possible causes, one is poor contact, the second is the protector action, the second is the controller problem.

Tighten all the joints with a screwdriver to prevent the electric car from jolting and vibrating the joints when walking. See if the lead of the electric car is broken, and if the road is broken.
2. Protector action
There are no hidden dangers such as overload and short circuit in electric vehicles, and check whether the line is grounded to the iron place.
3, controller ice
Try replacing the controller with a new one. Take a picture of the controller model before you change it to make sure it's the same model.
When disassembling, take pictures while disassembling to ensure that the line is not connected incorrectly when the new is replaced. If you can't handle it yourself, it is recommended to find a professional repair shop.
There are many reasons for this, some are because of the communication terminal, some are because of interference, some are because the car BMS sent shutdown instructions, some are caused by the fault of the charger, or the charger is not done in accordance with the national standard communication, that is, the communication between the charger and the battery does not match.
