Press the downward button of the drill cutter to lower the drill cutter to the normal position, and loosen the screw on the tool shaft seat with the hex wrench;

Use a hollow drill knife to loosen the butterfly nut on the sharpening sleeve, pull out the ejector rod, take out the punching blade grinder, insert the edge of the drill bit into the sharpening sleeve, align the end face of the punching tool handle with the end face of the sharpening sleeve, and lock it with the butterfly nut;

Insert the top plunger into the end face direction of the sharpening tool sleeve through the drill sleeve, and press the top of the top plunger vigorously until the paper scraps in the punching tool are removed;

Insert the edge of the drill bit inward into the sharpening sleeve with the drilling knife, so that the end face of the punching tool handle is aligned with the end face of the sharpening sleeve to ensure reliable positioning of the bit. Lock the tool with the butterfly nut, slowly insert the sharpening tool into the sharpening sleeve until it touches the drill point, turn the sharpening tool with even force in the clockwise direction for 5-6 times, do not use too much force, remove the drill bit and check whether the drill point is sharp;

Tighten the drilling tool after the new drilling tool is replaced: press the spindle point key to check whether the drilling tool is installed vertically, pay attention to the drilling tool set into the tool shaft seat, must be in place;
