Maintenance guidance:
1, VDS scan no fault code, update the program, the fault is still;
2. Read the DSP2 data stream and find that the motor temperature is 103°C, confirming that the fan spins normally due to high temperature;
3, check that the electronic water pump is running normally, the antifreeze liquid level is normal, disconnect the motor temperature sensor, the fan stops working, and the IGBT temperature and inductance temperature are not too high;
4. Suspect abnormal motor temperature sensor or circuit: Measure the resistance value of pin No. 3 and No. 6 of the motor temperature sensor of the original car to 3.9 kid, check the maintenance manual: when cooling the car at 10°C-40°C, the motor temperature sensor is normal in the range of 50.04kΩ to 212.5 kΩ, confirm that the motor temperature sensor is faulty;
