1. Please confirm whether the ONT wireless \/WiFi network is connected. The ONT default wireless \/WiFi name (SSID) and password are on the device nameplate.
2. Check whether the ONT wireless \/WiFi name (SSID) or password has been changed. If it has been changed, connect the changed wireless \/WiFi name (SSID) and password.
