The wireless charging base is plugged into the wired charger, and the phone automatically charges when it is put on.
Wireless base put on the phone did not respond, pick up the phone, wireless base pull out the charging cable, and then plug in the charging cable, and then put on the phone.
If there is no response to wireless charging, plug the charging cable into the phone, and there is no need for the wireless charging base.
