Disconnect the tablet and make sure it is completely turned off.
Remove the back cover.
This usually requires the use of a crosshead screwdriver or a pry bar.
In some cases, the back cover may be held in place by clasps, and you'll need to use a plastic pry bar to pry it open. Find the wireless module. It is usually located on the tablet's motherboard, near the antenna. A wireless module is a small circuit board that usually has an antenna connected to it. Remove the wireless module.

If you are replacing a wireless module, make sure to buy one that is compatible with your tablet. Reassemble the tablet.
Reassemble the tablet in the order you disassembled it. Make sure all screws are tight and the back cover is securely secured.
Turn off the tablet and disconnect all cables.
Place the tablet back side up on a flat surface.
Use a plastic pry bar or other thin tool to pry off the back of the tablet.
Find the wireless module, usually located on one of the edges of the tablet. Disconnect the wireless module from the mainboard. Remove the wireless module from the tablet.
