Check the charger and line: Plug the charger into the charging hole, do not connect to the 220V power supply. See if the charger indicator light shows. No display, this depends on whether the connection between the battery end and the charging hole is broken, no contact. There's no connection. That's the charger. There is a display, and then connect the 220V AC, and see whether the charging display is normal charging. There is no normal charging, is the charger itself. If the display can be charged normally, it is the battery problem.
Battery pack detection: After the battery pack is removed, the capacity of a single battery is tested to see the actual capacity of each battery in the battery pack. If there is a large capacity difference or a battery cannot be discharged, the whole battery can no longer be used. If within the shelf life, you can ask for after-sales.
