Type 1: Mobile phone Bluetooth is not enabled or not paired with AirPods. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone, press and hold the connection button on the back of the AirPods charging case, and wait for the AirPods connection prompt to pop up on the phone screen.

The second: mobile phone misoperation leads to ignoring device pairing. Go to the Bluetooth setting screen of your phone and reconnect the AirPods.

Type 2: AirPods headphones and charging case lack of power. Put the earphones back in the charging case and charge them again until the earphones are back to 100%.

How to connect AirPods to devices

Apple devices: For the first time, please make sure that Bluetooth is turned on before connection; Hold down the round solid button on the back of the AirPods charging case until the AirPods connection prompt is displayed on the device screen. Follow the instructions on the interface to connect. Subsequent connections only need the headset or charging case (on) to be near the Apple device.

Android devices: For the first time, please make sure that Bluetooth is turned on before connecting. Press and hold the solid round button on the back of the AirPods charging case until the AirPods option appears in your device's Bluetooth Settings menu and tap Connect. Just tap the AirPods option in Bluetooth Settings again for subsequent connections.
