(5)SiFotonics: one of the earliest companies in the world to explore silicon optical technology, the global silicon optical technology leader enterprise, launched a silicon-based fully integrated 100G coherent receiver chip based on CMOS process in 2015, and 100G\/400G silicon optical integrated chips have been shipped in bulk in 2020
