You can use a laptop to connect to the web interface through a wired way:

On this page, you can modify the SSID of the wireless network, which is the name of the wireless network.
Special cases:
If there's no computer, the wireless is off, and the phone can't wait for the manager, there's no way to be sure.
If the optical fiber cat has only optical fiber ports and no network ports, you can use a switch with optical fiber ports, and then the laptop computer is connected to the switch with a network cable, and then log in to the manager for configuration.
