If the computer has installed the driver before, please go to the computer control panel - Add and remove programs (XP system) programs and functions (W7 system \/W8 system) application folder (MAC system) to uninstall the original driver, unplug the digital board after uninstalling the computer, restart the computer, connect the digital board after restart, the computer recognizes the digital board. Install the driver.
