1. If the earphone is not used for a long time, it is recommended to charge it for more than 10 minutes and then activate the earphone.
2. Clean earphones or charging case contacts with alcohol;
3. Put the headset into the box, and charge the charging box for more than 10min;
4. Put the earphones into the charging case and open the cover, press the function button for 16 seconds, and let go until the indicator light outside the charging case flashes. Then put the left and right earphones into the charging case respectively to confirm whether the indicator light inside the case can be turned on.
