1. If the iPhone case is too thick, or there are metal parts on the case that cause wireless charging to fail, the solution is to try to remove the protective case or shell.
2. Don't put anything between your iPhone and the charger. For example, attaching a metal ornament to the back of the iPhone, or anything else such as a ring, may affect the wireless charging of the iphone.
3. Make sure that the iPhone wireless charging cable ring is in the correct position, and place the phone in the center of the charger or the position suggested by the manufacturer.
4. If your iPhone vibrates (for example, when you receive a notification), your iPhone may shift. That could cause the charging station to stop powering the iPhone.
