E42: Door sealing contactor adhesion
Fault level:
The reasons for contactor contact adhesion are:
1, current overload or contact area is not enough to generate heat.
2, the working frequency is too high, the contactor spark is too large during use, and the contactor is improperly installed.
3. The power supply voltage is too low, resulting in insufficient suction of the magnetic system, repeated vibration of the contact point, and arc welding.
4, the initial pressure of the contact point is too small. When the inductive load is closed, the contact will jump very fast, resulting in arc welding.
The contact adhesion of the contactor will cause the machine to lose control, and even cause mechanical accidents and personal injury accidents.
Solution: Improve the contact material and have the following requirements for its material:
1, low contact resistance, as high as possible electrical and thermal conductivity.
2, small arc corrosion and mechanical wear can increase the service life.
3, good welding resistance, requiring high melting point of the material.
4. Small residual current, strong arc-free ability.
5, long-term unvulcanized oxidation operation.
