Not bad. In general, half of the people in the Institute of Microelectronics in the West have gone to graduate school, and the salary is quite good after reading. The remaining half to find a job, if also do IC, is generally the back-end layout, or to UMC, TSMC, Samsung and other process plants to do technicians, or switch to do discrete device design. Jobs are still easy to find, but what you do depends on how well you study in four years.
