The rated voltage of the filter capacitor is too low, the loss is large, and the capacitor is hot.
There is a large crosstalk and interference signal in the connecting line, which causes the capacitor to burn.
It is also possible that because the filter capacitance is insufficient, you can try to increase the capacitance capacity, or use a low ESR capacitor.
If your power supply is very clean, the filter capacitor will not be hot, this case may be capacitor leakage, or it is reversed and has not exploded, and the 35V voltage is some low, it is best to use more than 50V.
