Huawei has appointed James Wu as president of its Southeast Asia division.
According to foreign media reports, Huawei has appointed James Wu as president of the Southeast Asia region. In his new role, he will be in charge of Huawei's operations, strategy and direction in 11 markets in Southeast Asia, and responsible for the local business development of the three major BGS, operator, enterprise and consumer.
Wu joined Huawei in 2003 and has held a number of senior positions, including President of the carrier business in the Middle East region, CEO of the Saudi Arabia representative office and CEO of the Oman representative office.
